Return Policy

Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of their arrival to the customer.  Any items that have been used/worn will not be eligible for exchange or refund and will be sent back to the original purchaser.  Please include along with your exchange/return a detailed note with the invoice describing the reason for the exchange or return.  Exchanges and returns will take between 5-7 business days to complete and be returned to the purchaser.

Exchanges of equal value will be precessed and reshipped to the purchaser.  An exchange for any item of lesser value will include with it a refund of the difference in price.  Any exchange for an item of greater value must include the difference in price with the invoice.

For any mistake during the original order (i.e. wrong item sent), Studio XVII will cover the cost of shipping of the returned item and the shipment costs for any exchange (must have order receipt to prove error).  For any voluntary return or exchange by the customer, the customer will be required to handle all shipping costs.

Refunds will be settled by the customer receiving a check from Studio XVII for the original cost of the item.  Please allow 5-7 business days for this to be completed.

Any "On-Sale" items are not eligible for return or exchange and sales are final.
